At Express Scaffold Pty Ltd, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our scaffolding products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our company policies outlined below.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure that you check product specifications and requirements before making a purchase.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim, we require:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- A description of the issue
- Supporting photographs or video evidence
Once assessed, we will provide a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund as required by law.
4. Warranty Claims
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund the item. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and details of the defect.
5. Return Process
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Returns must be:
- In original condition and packaging (where applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned within 10 days of approval
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Refunds
